Why some teachers never see you

When you visit classrooms at random, you end up in the rooms that are closest and most welcoming. Teachers with unusual schedules, part-time staff, and specialists in other parts of the building get missed.

The cards fix that. Visit the teacher on the top card, write the date, and move the card to the bottom of the stack. Everyone gets visited in the same order, and nobody gets skipped.

What’s inside

Front: schedule and visit record

The teacher’s name, room, lunch, prep, and each period, with a row of date boxes for every visit.

Back, option A: 10 feedback questions

Evidence-based questions that get the teacher talking about the lesson.

Back, option B: weekly schedule

For staff whose schedules change from day to day, such as part-time teachers and specialists.
